3. What credit cards does the resort accept?

4. Can I make my reservation online or do I have to call the resort?
 

Currently there is not a way to make a reservation online. To make a reservation you may fill out the reservation request form on this website or call our reservation office.

5. What is included in the Suite that I will be staying in?
 

All of our units are fully equipped. All of the beds will be made with fresh linens and spare linens for all of the beds will be in the closets. Bath and Beach towels are provided in your Suite when you arrive. All of the Suites have bathrobes for your use during your stay. An iron and ironing board may also be found in the Suite.
All of the following items are provided by the Wicker Inn and will be replenished during your stay at your request:

Paper towels
Salt and Pepper
Trash Bags
Dishwasher Detergent

Toilet Paper
Coffee Filters
Waste basket Liners
Dishwashing Liquid Soap

Upon request, daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. Please inquire when making your reservation, so we are prepared during your visit.

6. Is the kitchen fully equipped?
 

We have tried to anticipate all of our guest’s culinary needs. All of our kitchens are fully equipped. We have had guests prepare full holiday meals during their stay.

7. Do I need to bring a chair/towels to use at the beach?
 

At the Wicker Inn Beach Resort you will find plenty of chaise lounges on the beach for your use. You will also find a beach umbrella and table in your Suite to take to the beach. Beach towels are located in your Suite upon arrival, please do not remove from the property.

8. Is there a swimming pool? Is it heated?
 

The Wicker Inn pool is located in the center of the property and is heated to a comfortable 83° F.

9. Is there a laundry facility at the resort?
 

The Water Lily Laundry room is available to our guests from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The washers and dryers are free of charge and the resort provides complimentary laundry detergent.

10. We have a new baby in our family; do you provide cribs?
 

You may rent baby equipment and other items from:

When you make your reservations with A&A, make sure you give them the name of your Suite and your arrival and departure dates. The equipment that the provided is immaculate and will be set up prior to your arrival.

11. What restaurants are in the area?

12. Are there any golf courses or tennis courts close to the resort?
 

There are many golf courses just a short drive from the resort. For recommendations and tee times contact the office at (800) 285-3481. Information about these courses will be posted here soon.

There are a few public tennis courts on the island as well as the Longboat Key Tennis Center which offers daily and weekly play rates.

13. Does the resort have bicycles for rent?
 

Just across the street from the Wicker Inn is the Backyard Bike Shop. Hourly, Daily and Weekly rentals are available for many different styles of bicycles. Helmets, locks and bells are provided with your rentals. You may set up a rental prior to your arrival and the Bike shop will deliver them the day you arrive. You may also rent the bicycles the day you arrive.

14. Do you have beach activities like sailboats, kayaks or wave runners?
 

There are many different places to rent sailboats and wave runners in the area. There are also parasailing companies in the area. Kayaks may be rented at the Backyard Bike Shop listed above. A complete list of companies in the area will be posted here soon.

15. May I bring my pet? How about my boat and trailer or RV?
 

Currently, pets are not allowed in Suites or the resort. Exceptions to this, of course, are those required for handicap purposes. Boats, trailers and RV'S are not permitted on the property due to very limited parking spaces.

16. What if I need to cancel my reservation? Am I entitled to a refund? How much?
 

Cancellation policy: The party may cancel or change the dates of the reservation agreement with a 60 day written notice prior to the arrival date and receive a refund of any monies paid less a $75.00 administration fee per unit, per week. If the reservation is cancelled or changed after the 60 day period, monies will be refunded only if the space is re-rented for the same dates as the original contract. If re-rental is accomplished through a travel agent, a 10% fee will be charged against the deposit in addition to the $75.00 administration fee per unit, per week, and only the balance will be refunded.

17. What is check in/check out time? May I arrive early? Or depart late?
 

Official check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM. Please contact us if you have other needs, guest requests are satisfied upon availability, thank you in advance for your understanding!

18. Can I stay for less than seven nights? What would be the rate?
 

Occasionally we have occupancy available to offer nightly stays. The rate would be calculated based upon weekly rate and divided by the requested number of nights, plus housekeeping charges.
