Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven & dishwasher,
cable television, DVD, telephone and air conditioning. Grounds are beautifully landscaped
with a heated swimming pool, patio and barbecue areas.

Cancellation policy: The party may cancel or change the dates of the reservation agreement with a 60 day written notice prior to the arrival date and receive a refund of any monies paid less a $75.00 administration fee per unit, per week. If the reservation is cancelled or changed after the 60 day period, monies will be refunded only if the space is re-rented for the same dates as the original contract. If re-rental is accomplished through a travel agent, a 10% fee will be charged against the deposit in addition to the $75.00 administration fee per unit, per week, and only the balance will be refunded.
